GTalk2Twitter is a free service that keeps a track of your Gtalk status, and publishes it on Twitter. Whenever you change your Gtalk status, GTalk2Twitter automatically posts that on Twitter as well. The great thing is that you do not need to download or install anything to use this service.
Earlier we reviewed how to sync your Facebook and Twitter status, and how to update your Media Center Status on Twitter.
Here is how you share your Gtalk Status on Twitter:
- Start by adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your Gtalk as your Gtalk friend. This is required to keep track of your Gtalk status.
- Go to GTalk2Twitter website, and associate your Gtalk id to your Twitter account. You just need to provide login for your Gtalk, and not password. For Twitter, you need to provide both username as well as password. This is required to post your Gtalk status on Twitter.
That’s it. Now, your Gtalk status will be automatically tweeted on Twitter on your behalf, without a need for you to do anything extra.
