When you run the game on your device, first you are asked to create your profile.
Now, you can go ahead and click on the Play Now button in the main menu of the game following which you will be asked to select the difficulty level of the game. This screen of difficulty selection is shown below.
As is the case with all cut scenes in the game, this one too can be skipped by merely clicking on the Skip button at the top right corner of the screen. Now, you will be taken into a brief guided tutorial of the game which looks like the screenshot which is attached below.
In the tutorial of the game, the objects of interest are marked with glowing green arrow markers which indicate the areas that need to be interacted with. When you click on these after following the guide arrows, you will be told what needs to be done to proceed further. The game has three major zones. The zone at the bottom of the screen is the inventory zone where all the items which are collected throughout the gameplay go in store. The zone at the bottom left houses the diary which keeps track of your objectives and the menu button, and the zone at the bottom right houses the hint button which can be used in case you find yourself stuck somewhere.
