We have already covered many temporary email address services, like PepBot and Less Spam. Now Hotmail has also launched a feature that lets you create temporary email addresses in Hotmail. This feature is called email alias. If you are already using Hotmail, you can create more email addresses from within Hotmail, and receive email of them in the same Hotmail account. You can choose to receive email within your existing Inbox, or in a separate folder in your account.
This email alias service from Hotmail is especially useful for those who maintain multiple email addresses. For example, you can have one address on which you receive emails from Craigslist, another for your normail emails, and another for your business emails. Instead of going to multiple accounts for checking those emails, you can now create multiple email addresses within Hotmail, and receive email in the same account.
Here is a video tutorial that explains how easy it is to create multiple email addresses in Hotmail:

Currently, Hotmail has put a limit of up to 5 email addresses per year that can be created in a Hotmail account. You can create up to 15 alias email addresses total. I do not like this limit, but can’t complain as this feature is very useful.
