Here is a list of 3 Best Free 15 Minute Workout apps for Android. These apps are designed for people who have a busy schedule yet want to stay fit by exercising for 15 minutes every day. These apps have a certain set of exercises which are timed so that you can have an intensive workout in just 15 minutes. The timer gives a certain amount of time to each exercise, and then it moves on to the next exercise, as you continue till the total 15 minutes are over. Want to be fit? 20 Minute Workout Lite is a free Android app which allows you to do 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes’ intensive workouts. The app basically has a timer which runs as and when you tap on Start Workout. You are then given a particular exercise to start with. A good thing about this is that you are also shown an animation which explains the exercise to you (see the 3rd screenshot above). After you have done a particular exercise for 30 seconds, the app will then show you the next exercise. Yeah, you can skip any exercise you want, but that won’t decrease the time from the supposed 15 minutes that you have to dedicate. Most of the exercises are elementary, but they get the job done (as per me). The app also has additional exercises, but they come at a price.
15 Minute Workout Free, as the name suggests, will help you perform 15 minute exercises efficiently. The app asks you to choose one mode from Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or Elite, as soon as you open it. The exercises are set accordingly, and the reps depend on your selection too! There is a 15 second rest before you are given the next exercise. And yeah, even if you tap Skip, the timer at the top right continues at the same pace and runs until you complete 15 minutes. The app is ad-supported and hence shows ads at the bottom of your screen.
3. SworKit Lite
Sworkit Lite for Android is another great app which lets you choose the time you can allot to your workout routine. You can select between Strength, Cardio, Yoga and stretching, as is shown in the first screenshot above. In the next screen, you can select the time you want to dedicate to your workout. Once selected, you will be shown a demo of the exercise for a few seconds (see the third screenshot above? Yep, exactly like that). The interface of the app is more polished than the other two on the list, and the app itself looks that bit more professional as well. Do give this app a try!
