I tried this app and it’s really a better one. There are a bunch of meeting organization / collaboration apps out there. I personally like my business apps to be more solid, no fancy stuff and, of course, easy to use. I can recommend Agreedo.com for all points concerning meeting minutes and tasks, since my team is using it since months and we are satisfied.
