Here’s a list of 5 best personal organizer software for Windows 10 which you can use to better organize your appointments, tasks, manage important files, contact lists, notes, basically anything and everything that can help you get a hold of your schedule. Disorganized life can lead to jobs not being completed, meetings missed and special occasions forgotten.
Applications from the list down below are all around organizers, for everything.
PIM Xtreme is a feature rich personal organizer software which comes with numerous tools for managing your day to day activities. Note that you need to download older version of the installer with MySQL database included for everything to work on Windows 10.
You get an address book, a task manager, note taking (with encryption), calendar software, alerts and even a finance management module is included. Make sure to run the database manager (PIMXDBMan executable) and create a database first before running PIM Xtreme, otherwise you might get errors.
Get PIM Xtreme.
qOrganizer is a portable personal organizer software that works out of the box on Windows 10. Just download the archive, extract it and run the executable.
Set of features that are offered aren’t quite as abundant as they are in PIM Xtreme, but all the basic tools like calender, journal, scheduler, note manager, to-do lists and also a timetable creator, are available. All the info is saved to a database, and printing is supported if you need something on an actual piece of paper.

Pimero Free is a bit more professional looking personal organizer, where for example you also get apps for smartphones and tablets that allow you to access your data even when on the go.
Web interface is available (account needs to be registered with the Primero website), so you can access data from a web browser as well. Available tools include calendar software, diary, note taking, email manager, contact manager, RSS feed reader, tasks and more. It’s also possible to sync data with Google.

WinPIM is another portable personal organizer software, but there’s also an installable version if you prefer it more.
With WinPIM we get some additional interesting features, like for example the ability to attach files and document to almost every tool that the application offers, note taking, task manager, address book, email client and more. You need to register a user account to use WinPIM. Multi-user usage is possible.

EssentialPIM takes a bit back to the simplicity of qOrganizer. Free version of this portable personal organizer software will give you limited features, but it’s still very impressive.
Entire toolbox can be accessed from the left sidebar. You get to-do task lists, daily planners, calendar manager, note taking, contact manager, built-in email client and lastly a password manager for safely saving your password. Multiple users can use the application (password protected usernames can be created).
List of personal organizer software above is very impressive. Picking a favorite is difficult, but I like the simplicity of the interface that EssentialPIM offers. Try it and let me know what you think in a comment down below.
