How to Upload, Organize and Share Documents with TwinDocs:
If you installed clients, then use them to upload documents that you want store and file online, otherwise, if you’re using the browser access, to start the upload click on the Upload button which is located near the center of the screen.
After you click OK, you’ll be presented with a window where you need to select a folder where uploaded document is gonna be saved, add tags. Tags are used during search, for those who have a lot of files, they can use the search function to search for the file that they need.
File preview is also available, for a large number of formats, as you can see from the image above. Right click on a file and select View detail to open it up. Notice in the left sidebar that there’s an option called Stapler.
With the help of the Stapler you can combine together files so that they are being sent attached. Staple has the same function in TwinDocs as it does in real life. To share documents click either on Send document option or select social networks where you want the file or files to be sent. Hover over documents for this selection to appear.
