It is available as a web application that you can directly visit and use right away.
To detect AI content with GPT-Zero, all you have to do is visit the GPT-Zero website and paste the content there. There is no need for an account or any type of sign-up. You can directly copy and paste the content to the text box and click the “Detect” button to run the check. It takes a few seconds to analyze the content and then tell whether the content is written by a human or an AI. It shows the percentage probability of the content written by AI. The more the percentage, the more probability of AI-generated content.
GPT-Zero has a character limit of 2000 characters. At the moment, it does not work on a text longer than that. There is also a minimum limit of 250 characters as it can not give precise results for shorter text. Thus, the input text must be 250 to 2000 characters.
