  1. Things To Do extension for Chrome

    Things To Do Chrome

This to do list extension for Chrome is least feature rich. But I am listing it at the top as I found this one easiest to use. It adds To do list to new tab of Chrome. You can easily specify name of your list, add items to your to do list, and arrange order of the items. There is no other flashy thing that you can do though. Like, you can’t specify due date for tasks, or other attributes. However, if someone is just starting with creating to do lists, then this is the Chrome extension they would want to start with. This To do list extension for Chrome makes managing to do list extremely simple, and not at all overwhelming. Once you have got in the habit of creating to do lists, you can move on to more advanced to do list extensions, that are listed below. Install it here.

  2. Clean 2Do Chrome Extension

    Clean2Do Chrome

This is another simple extension for Chrome to manage your to do list. This works a lot like Things to do extension, but instead of opening the to do list in a new tab, it opens that right below the plugin icon. This makes it more easier to access (notionally), as you don’t feel you are opening a new page. This one also does not comes with any feature like categorizing tasks, or adding due dates for them. Install it here.

  3. Google Tasks Chrome Extension

    Google Tasks Chrome

Google Tasks Chrome extension works with Google Tasks. It can show Tasks lists that you have created, and you can add new tasks to that list. This is a very useful to do extension for Chrome if you are already using Tasks in Gmail. Only reason I am not using this extension is because I check my Gmail in Zimbra Desktop, and that does not gives the option for Tasks. So, I do not get that flexibility. However, if you are using Gmail directly via Gmail client, this is one of the best to do list extension for Chrome. Install it here.

  4. ChromeMilk Remember the Milk Extension for Chrome

ChromeMilk is a Chrome extension that works with your Rememberthemilk free account. This is the extension that I am using to manage my to do list, and absolutely love it. It lets you easily create tasks, and assign them priorities, as well as due dates. The reason I like this extension particularly is because I can add tasks to my to do list by just sending email to a secret email address that RememberTheMilk has assigned to me. Install it here.

  5. Todoist Extension for Chrome

Todoist extension for Chrome works with Todoist account. This is a very feature rich extension, and lets you manage tasks, add priority, add due dates, integrate with email, and integrate with calendar. However, I found this extension a bit overwhelming, and I would rather go with Google Tasks extension. Install it here.

All these To do list extensions for Google Chrome let you easily manage your tasks, and organize things better. You can also try desktop to do list manager, or free online to do list, and Teamly.
