This millionaire game for Android is called Millionaire, only Millionaire. It doesn’t have graphics found in the TV show, but the theme offered by the app is still nice to look at and is tablet optimized.

It’s multilanguage, has online leaderboards which require Google sign in, and lets you configure the question countdown or you can completely turn it off. Despite the unimaginative naming scheme, this app is very enjoyable and fun to play.
