Jeffrey’s Exif Viewer is a free online Exif viewer that lets you view Exif data of images online. You can upload any image from your computer, or just specify URL of any image, and this online Exif viewer will show you Exif data for that image.

Exif data is metadata that is stored with each image. It basically tells various characteristics of the image, like, camera from which it was taken, file attributes, geolocation, date and time information, camera settings, and much more. Essentially, you can find a lot about an image by just checking its Exif data.

We have already covered a few exif viewers, like, ExifData View. However, those programs have to be installed on your system. Instead, you can use Jeffrey’s Exif Viewer that provides you information about Exif data, without a need to install anything.

How to View Exif Data Online:

It is extremely simple to use this online Exif viewer. Just go to Jeffrey’s Exif Viewer. There you will see two options: provide URL of the image, or upload image from your PC. If you want to see exif data of some online image, then you can just grab URL of that image and paste there. Otherwise, you can choose second option.

Note: It is not necessary that all the image files have exif information associated with them. Sometimes Exif data has been stripped off images by using programs like JPEG and PNG Stripper and Batch Exif data remover. Also, the data that is available with the images might not be correct as well, as there are many programs to edit exif data.
