DiffNow is a free online visual file comparison software. It lets you compare files visually online. You can upload files that you want to compare, and DiffNow will show you the file comparison results online. You can even paste the text to compare, and it will show an HTML report of comparison.
There are many visual file comparison tools that we reviewed earlier, like, KDiff3, AptDiff, and Diffuse; but this is the first online visual file comparison software that I have come across. This is a perfect tool to use if you want to quickly compare some files, without installing a full fledged file comparison software.
DiffNow is quite easy to use. Just head over to DiffNow.com, and then upload the files that you want to compare. DiffNow supports various file types, like, plain text files, word documents, PDF, HTML, Binary, and even Zip archives. You can also provide URLs of files, if the files are available online.
In case you upload the files to DiffNow, it deletes them after completing the comparison.
Overall, DiffNow is quite a good tool for quick and easy online visual file comparison.
