Drup is a free Chrome extension that helps you organize your bookmark list on your ID created on the Drup platform. This chrome extension allows you to have your own bookmark profile in which you can not only save and organize the bookmarks but also share the required list or folder with another team member whenever required. Let us see how you can use this extension to your best advantage.
For this, you must visit the Chrome Web store from where you can search and install the extension called Drup. Alternatively, you can click here to visit the install page directly. Make sure that you are logged in to your Chrome browser and not using the guest window to install the extension.
After you install, the extension will ask you to create a Drup ID where you can store and organize all the bookmarks.
For this, you may use any email ID, but make sure that this ID is known to the team members or colleagues you may want to share the bookmark folder in the future.
After creating the profile, the extension will ask you to create the space for the bookmark list. Think of it like a folder that you’ll create where you want to put the bookmark of one kind only.
Then, it will ask you to sort the existing Bookmarks listed in the Chrome browser as per the created space. If you wish, you can do this task later.
If you have selected to sort the list during the process, then all the sorted list will be shown on the profile homepage.
You can further add, select or delete a bookmark if you wish its placement otherwise.
To add the members to space so that others can access the bookmark list, you can click on the down arrow next to your profile picture on the top right corner, where you will find the option of “add or manage team members”. In this, you can invite the members by using their email IDs.
