Bulk Image Resizer is a free batch image resizing software which you can use in order to resize entire folders of images at once. Images can be resized either in percentages, by moving a slider, or you can type in the new size that the resized images are going to have in pixels. All three common image formats are supported, PNG, JPEG and BMP. Bulk Image Resizer is also portable, you don’t have to install it in order to resize photos.

We decided to reduce the images up to 60% in size. To do that, put a check mark next to the By Percentage option and then simply adjust the slider to the amount that you want to see images resized. If you need to type in the size of the image in pixels, use the By Dimensions option. When you’re done, click on the Resize button.
