Aqua Mail is a free Android app to login to multiple email accounts from different email service providers on Android. The app supports all the popular email service providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, and the like. Apart from these email services, the Android email client app also supports other email services via standard Internet mail protocol; IMAP, POP3, and SMTP. All the email services which support these Internet email protocols can be accessed via Aqua Mail app on Android.

If you are looking for an easy way to manage your multiple email accounts and that too from different email services providers, for e.g., Gmail and Hotmail, then you can easily manage all the email accounts with Aqua Mail app on your Android device.

This Android email client app comes in a well-structured folder style. It displays the existing folder structure of the email accounts. All the folders are well displayed; inbox, sent items, drafts, deleted messages, and more.

Push mail is also enabled in the Aqua Mail app for Android. Now, in case you have no idea about Push Mail then let me tell you… Push mail is defined as instant incoming email delivery. The app works well with push mails for those servers that support it.

Note: The lite version of the app adds up a signature (it includes the app name along with the program’s link) in all the outgoing emails that you send using Aqua Mail app. To remove the signature, you need to purchase the full version of the app. I am not sure if  you can add your own custom signature in the outgoing emails which you send using the full version of the app.

Limitation of the lite version of this Aqua Mail app is that the app supports only two email accounts. This means that you can login to only two email accounts in the free version. For more login, you need to buy the full version of the app.

We have reviewed other email client apps for Android too.

Smart Settings Of Aqua Mail App:

Aqua Mail Settings

The app lets you manage your email accounts with multiple settings, even in the lite version. You can enable/disable IMAP push messages. You can also separate mail settings according to Wi-Fi and mobile network. For e.g., you can enable push messages only on Wi-Fi network if you have limited data available on your mobile network. You can select the number of messages to display on the per page of the app which makes your mail browsing a bit easier.

There are other settings of the app like setting the UI theme, enable or disable animation, button bar position, show/hide smart inbox, sort message list by date, browser like zoom, enable/disable notification, enable night mode, and more.

Note: Smart Inbox is a nice feature of this Android Aqua mail app as it displays the unread messages from all the email accounts together. You can now easily access the list of all the unread messages from all the email accounts which you have added and read them all at once. Smart Inbox makes it easier for you to read unread email with the help of the Aqua Mail app widgets. Let us discuss the Widget part of the app.

Add Email Widget On Android:

Aqua Mail app lets you add widgets on Android screen with ease. The app brings you two widget types which include message counter widget and mail widget. Message counter widget displays the number of unread and total messages on each account. This makes you aware of all the unread email counts from each email account, you have added. On the other hand, this email client Android app displays the mail messages widget displaying emails from each account on Android screen. Enabling the smart inbox in the widget lets you view emails from both the email accounts directly from Android screen itself. This is truly a cool feature of the app that lets you completely manage your email accounts with ease.
