Since every one of the applications in this suite looks the same, and works the same, we aren’t gonna open up every single one of them. Setup is pretty much the same no matter which one you use, and it involves you clicking on the Add File button in the top left corner of the interface.
Audio or video files that you select should pop-up on the list which can be seen just below the Add button. Output directory can be set just below the main list, as well as file renaming patterns and tasks that you want completed after conversion completes, close the application, turn off the PC, etc. Output format settings for both video and audio, quality, resolution change, codecs and so on can be set all the way down.
When you’re done with the setup, simply click on the Convert button, it’s located in the same toolbar where the Add button is. Once the conversion completes check the converted files to make sure everything’s OK and that’s it.
