Easy Thumbnails is quite easy to use. You start with downloading and installing the software. Then run the software. It will show a Windows Explorer like interface on the left. From that, you can browse to any folder in which you have the images that you want to convert to thumbnails. This will show all the images in that folder in a pane below the Explorer.

After that, you can specify the folder in which you want to to create thumbnails. If you want to change output settings, click on “Settings” tab, and use sliders there to adjust the settings.
