Yoono is also a desktop application available for Windows, Mac, and Linux, and as a Google Chrome extension (alpha release).

I subscribe to Brad's note. I'm using several computers (more than 3) and I like Hootsuite because it is not necessary to install it. And has a good interface.

@Laura: Hootsuite really scores well because of the fact that it does not needs to be downloaded. Having said that, I still prefer Tweetdeck because of some of the features that it provides, which HootSuite does not. One of my favorite ones is "Groups". I know I can use Lists feature of Twitter to achieve same, but I prefer Groups as everyone can see the lists that I create, and I do not necessarily want to do that. On top of that, TweetDeck has already added support for Google Buzz, which is absent in Hootsuite. Of course, at the end of the day, it comes down to personal preference :)

I use Hootsuite because it can freely track your links.

It also is web based.

Tweetdeck was nice but since its Adobe Air powered it uses way to much memory for my 1GB laptop.

@Brad: HootSuite is also quite good. I don't mind Adobe Air. It has to be installed just once, and then lot of other programs can use it.
