To track packages using PackageTrack, you just need to follow @packagetrack on Twitter. After that, send a DM to PackageTrack with a nickname for your package, followed by “:” and then package number. You do not need to specify package carrier information. PackageTrack will then keep tracking your package, and will send you a DM when your package status changes.

TrackThis is another easy to use package tracking service for Twitter. This works in the same manner as PackageTrack. You start by following @trackthis on Twitter. Then you provide it package information. In this case, you first provide tracking number, and then nickname. TrackThis will then send you updates whenever your package location changes. TrackThis supports more package carriers than PackageTrack. It can track FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, TNT, Aramex, Fedex Smartpost, Canada Post, CEVA, DHL Global Mail, DHL UK, UK City Link, and UPS Mail Innovations.

PackageTrackr is another comprehensive package tracking service that lets you track packages via Twitter. However, PackageTrackr involves lot of steps to start using this Twitter based package tracking service. You first need to create a free account on PackageTrackr.
