So the very first thing you can do is to launch the internet browser on your Android phone. Search for the iCloud website and login with your Apple ID and password.

After you sign-in on the iCloud account, you will get the Two-Factor Authentication, if you have enabled it. But for this, you will need the iOS, macOS, or iPadOS device so that you can view the code and enter it on your Android phone during the signup.

When you securely enter the verification code, the device says Trust this browser. At this point, you can tap on Trust, Don’t Trust or go with the Not Now option. If you Trust the device, you will not have to request for the verification code for the next time.

But if you sign in the iCloud account through an Android phone, you will find only Photos, Notes, and Find iPhone cloud app on the dashboard. By visiting the Account setting, you can make other settings.

So with this Android mobile browser, you can easily access iCloud photos. You can also upload new photos, delete any of them from the iCloud storage. Or, if you want to download the photo on your Android device, you can do that too.

Similarly, you can access all your notes stored in your iCloud storage. You can add the new, edit or delete the existing ones.
