For hosting a HTML file for free, I will recommend you to use GitHub Pages. Sign up for a free account and then after logging in, create a repository with the name in this format: YourUsername.github.io. Next, you have to add domain to this repository by going to the settings.
Open the Loom video that you want to add a custom domain to. Click on the Share option and then copy the embed code from the Embed tab.
We only need the embed URL from the code and not all of it. So, just copy the src attribute of <iframe> tag which is just a link.
Now, download this HTML file and upload it to your repository. And update the src attribute of the <frame> tag with the URL that you copied above.
Commit the changes to the repository and then navigate to your domain.
