Inbox storage is a free cloud storage software which provides you 2 GB free space to store, access and sync files between computers. Using this software you can store your files and important documents. It works offline as well. You can add a file in the software. Later when you will have net connection, it will sync automatically to the Inbox Storage browser. It will come handy as you can access it from anywhere, anytime. Using Inbox Storage:
Once you install you would be asked to sign in with your email id. Once you provide your id and password, your account in Inbox Storage would be created. The interface is easy to comprehend. There is an Add Files button as you can see. Clicking on that you can open any file from the computer and sync it in this software. You can also create New folder. Suppose you want to store your photos, create a folder separately for storing your photos.

Other than that you can SEARCH for a file from the search bar on the top of it’s interface. There will be a Inbox storage file in your documents. You can save the files there as well.
The best thing about this is you can access it anywhere, anytime. You can also access it in your mobile by logging in the website. Whatever you are syncing, gets automatically saved in cloud.
You will have to login with your email Id and password. You would be able to see all your files there. Here, you will also have the option of sharing files with other people or even deleting a file.

Therefore you have an option of password protection while sharing. Clicking on that you will be asked to provide a password, the person you are sending the file will also have to access it with the same password. This ensures safety.

This software application also provides you with the option of syncing files between multiple computers. This feature makes this application more powerful. The other person using other computers should login with the same Id and password. Doing that, they will have access to your files. Then they can sync items there and it will be visible to you.
