As you can see you are offered 3 game modes which are classic, arcade, and survival. Classic and survival are quite similar where you lose the game as soon as you answer a question wrong. In arcade mode you can play longer and you do not lose upon answering a question wrong. Arcade mode is based on time, if you run out of time then you lose the level. When you select a mode out of the three, you will be asked to pick a level, as shown in the screenshot below.
All the levels are locked apart from level one. So start with level one and make your way through by successfully completing levels. Clicking on level will bring up your question answer screen, as shown in the screenshot below.
You will be shown a text question or an image with multiple answer options to choose from. Choose the one which you think is correct. If the answer background turns green means you have answered correctly, and if it turns red means you have answered the question wrong. Answering wrong will end your game then and there, while answering right will give you the next question to be played in this level.
In the statistics settings you can see your high scores for each mode, as seen in the above screenshot.
