Linebin is a free online service that helps you to write notes online, attach images to enhance them, and add hash tag to store notes in categories. You can attach images or text files of upto 1mb in size to your notes and can make them more meaningful. Hash tag will help you to quickly create category of your choice and then you can arrange your notes to tagged list. It’s a simple and easy to use notes creating service which you can use free of cost by creating an account.
You can either sign up by providing an email address and password, or you can use your Twitter, Facebook, or Google account for it. After that, you will be able to create notes and attach files with your notes. As you could see in the screenshot below, all notes created by you will be organized into categories (all, untagged, and tagged) and you can access them with a single click.
In order to create a note, you can write any line (Title) for your note. After that, use hash tag before, in between, or after that title. This will automatically create category for your note, and that specific note will be saved to that category after clicking on Save button. Moreover, you can write description about that title that will complete your note. Use pencil icon for adding description. You can see the below screenshot showing you the category and attachments while creating a note in Linebin. However, preview of attachments is not visible in this service.
Create notes, attach files, and store them into categories or without any category. All your saved notes you can view and access from right panel on your account.

However, you cannot share notes with your friends using this service which is a shortcoming of this service. For this, you can try GetFusion, TiddlyWiki, and Notefish. But as a simple note creating service, Linebin is also a good to use service. More features are yet to come in future in Linebin, such as it will provide Dropbox support for attaching files to notes.
