So, whatever you have browsed on the active page or downloaded is wiped from the history. You also have the choice to select what you want to delete: only history, cookies, session storage, or local storage.
In the screenshot below, you can see the pop-up notification that shows the history, cookies, local storage, session storage, and downloads is deleted for the current page.
Note: Do not get confused with the name of this add-on. It can delete history, storage session, etc., of active tab. However, if you have opened multiple webpages in a single tab, then you can delete the history of only that webpage which you are currently viewing.

Save the changes and open a webpage. Now to clean the items set by you, you need to click on the icon of this add-on. If the history of a webpage is not cleared, the add-on icon remains ‘blue’. When you have cleared the history, its color is turned to ‘green’.
That’s it! Before leaving the active webpage, whenever you have to clear its history, just give a tap on the add-on icon. After that, it will do the rest of the work.
