HTMLKit provides a free online animated favicon generator that lets you generate an animated favicon from any image. You do not need to download or install anything to use this free animated favicon generator.
To generate animated favicon, just head over to HTMLKit, and upload the image that you want to create favicon from. It does not provides option to edit favicon after generating it, so make sure to trim the image properly to keep only the desired option.
Once you upload the image, you can immediately preview your animated favicon. It also gives an option to add text with animation. So, your favicon will first show the image, and then text, and will cycle through those.
