Not only that, you can even have the OS automatically pick a color from your current desktop background. Read through the following step by step tutorial, illustrating how it’s done:
Step 1: Open up the modern style Settings app (you probably already knew that, didn’t you?), and click on the Personalization sub-category.
Step 2: A few options will now be displayed in the left pane. Click on Colors, and move to the right pane. Under Choose a color section, you’ll see a grid of of available colors. Scroll down it, and turn the pill toggle saying Show color on taskbar and Start menu to On.
