FileDivider is a free file splitter that can split a file into multiple smaller parts. Such file splitters come handy when you want to transport a large file using multiple smaller Flash drives, or you want to send a large file by email by splitting into parts (though, there are many services also to send large file by email).
To divide a file into smaller parts, you can specify size of parts, or you can specify number of files.
FileDivider can also be used to later join those file parts together later. You just need to specify the path where all the file parts are placed, and FileDivider will join all the files together.
One interesting feature of FileDivider is that it comes with a feature called Disk Space Compensator. Basically, if you don’t have enough space on your disk, you can still use FileDivider to divide file into multiple parts.
