This tutorial ensures that you are doing these exercises in correct manner.
You can use this app for learning workouts, setting a 4-day fitness plan, and any specific exercise. All of these plans, workouts etc. can be personalized as per your body type, height, weight, age, etc.. The app also includes feature for saving any workout in middle and then resuming it anytime you want. You can also integrate this app with your RunKeeper’s Health Graph.
Note: This app has different exercises, workouts etc.. for specific muscle focus but they all are part of paid version. In free version, app provides you with balanced muscle focus for exercises and workouts.
Using This iPhone Fitness App With Audio and Image Tutorials:
You have to login before using GAIN Fitness Cross Trainer app on your iPhone. Once you have logged in, you have to provide some details like your height, weight, birth year, etc.. After this, you will see app’s home screen which is set to Workouts by default which can’t be changed. From here, you can check all your workouts and also add new ones.
To add new workout, tap on Plus icon at top left corner. The app will ask you to enter some details about the type of workout you want to have. You have to enter Goal, Location, Duration, Session Type, and Muscle Focus. After entering details as per your preference, tap on Next to proceed.
Next, you have to build your workout by choosing expansion packs (paid), Level, phases, and equipment. After this tap on Build My Workout to save it.
Now, you only have to tap on your workout from app’s home screen to follow it. On tapping the workout, you will see the overview of it. You can tap on Edit to remove any of the included exercises otherwise tap on Start Workout to begin.
On next screen, you will see the image showing you how to do the workout including the audio clip. Tap on info icon at top right to read about it. If you want to pause, end or disable audio clip, then swipe upwards from bottom to reveal options.
This way, you can add and do workouts using this iPhone fitness app.

- Plan: Use this option to create 4-day fitness plans. Just like workouts, you have to enter your details and preferences for building the plan. After that, these plans also include audio and image tutorials.

- Packs: Use this option to upgrade to paid packs.
