1. The Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout App:
I am going to start this list of 7 minute workout apps for iPhone with the official app from World famous Johnson & Johnson company. This app is one of the best apps out there. The app has 3 categories: 7 Minute Workout, Smart Workout, and Workout Library. Whenever you select any workout, the app explains you the workout using video and audio. You can also add your own custom workouts, track performance, and learn different exercises.
2. Cardiio- Heart Rate Monitor, 7 Minute Workout, Calorie Burn Tracker:
The next app in the list is Cardiio. It is a multi-purpose app. The app has 12 different 7-minute exercises like Jumping Jacks, Wall Sit, Push-ups, Abdominal Crunches etc. which are explained to you using animated graphics and audio. You can also use this app as heart rate scanner. The app has 2 methods for determining your heart rate and it displays interesting stats regarding your heart rate like Fitness Level, Endurance Level.
3. 7 Minute Workout “Seven” With High Intensity Interval Training Challenge:
The third that I would like to mention is 7 Minute Workout “Seven”. This app teaches you the workouts like a game. In this app, you have 3 hearts just like the way you have lives in games. You will lose 1 heart on each day you miss the workout. In case if you lose all the hearts, then the app will reset all the progress made by you during training. This is done to make you to stick to workouts and follow them strictly.
Apart from this, app has an achievements section where you can check all the milestones achieved by you during your training period. You can even choose which part of the body you want to exercise: Full Body, Upper Body, Core, Lower Body or Random.
4. The 7 Minute Workout:
The fourth app in the list is The 7 Minute Workout. This app comes with different features but in the free version, you will only get the 7-minute workout section. You can use the app anytime for performing the workouts. Like other apps, this app also has voice over for helping you with the workouts to avoid any wrong assumptions. As I already mentioned that app is limited in free version but you can upgrade to paid anytime from within the app.
5. 7 Minute Fitness:
The final app that I have included is 7 Minute Fitness. This app has functions similar to other 7 minute workout apps like it also has 12 types of workouts with voice over except the one extra feature. The app comes pre-loaded with tutorial videos for each of the workouts which you can watch anytime to learn any of the workout. The videos can prove to be really helpful if you are a beginner.
