K7 is an interesting Free Fax service. It lets you receive fax for free.
When you sign up with K7 for Free, they assign you a Free Fax Number. Now, when anyone sends you a fax on that number, K7 sends that fax to your email. All totally Free. That’s pretty cool.
To test this free incoming Fax service, I used Free Fax Button, and sent a fax to my Free K7 number. Within a few minutes, I had that fax in my email, of absolutely fantastic quality.
What I loved most about this is that it is totally Free, and does not adds any advertisement to the fax that it sends on email. Because everything is online, you do not need to download or install anything. Apart from that, it sends you the fax in tiff format which you can open with any image viewer (unlike eFax which needs eFax tool to open faxes).
Other interesting features of this free fax service are:
- Provides a private Free Fax number that you can use for business and private purposes.
- Provides a mailbox that stores your Fax online, so you can access directly from there as well, apart from your email.
- The same number can also be used to receive free!
These features make K7 better than free eFax. You can use Free Fax Button to send free fax, and K7 to receive free fax, and that would complete your network. Love it!
