Super.cc is a useful service that helps to quickly add events to Google Calendar by just sending an email. You just need to send an email to ‘add@super.cc’ including subject, event details, and rest of the work will be done by this service.

It is quite handy if you are working on Microsoft Outlook or any other email desktop client app, and also with those apps which do not provide option to access your Google Calendar to add events. In those cases, you can link your account with super.cc (one time task) and can easily add events to Google Calendar with any app (that lets you compose emails). It also provides email notifications to your associated Gmail account so that you can update the event, if needed.

Note: This service is in its starting period. At present, Super.cc is helpful to connect Google Calendar. But in future, it would be able to add events for Apple iCloud, Exchange/Outlook, Salesforge, and other calendars.

How To Add Events To Google Calendar By Just Sending an Email?

To make it workable, you need to associate your Google account with Super.cc, then it will be able to automatically add events to Google Calendar of your account. For this, some steps are required. These are as follows:

Step 1: Go to the homepage of Super.cc and provide the email address, which you want to associate. To access its homepage link, you can use the link present at the end of this review.

enter an account to associate

Step 2: In this step, you need to select a calendar, like visible in screenshot below. But as I have already mentioned, currently it works with Google Calendar only, so select that calendar. After this, it will ask you login to your Google account, and give permission to Super.cc to access some information of your account. This service won’t have access to your Inbox. Only some basic information will be needed (including manage your calendar), so that it can add events to your Google Calendar.

Step 3: In this step, it will ask you to add an alternate email address, using which you can add events to your primary account’s calendar. You can add multiple accounts later on as well by logging to your Super.cc account.

That’s all you have to do and your account will be configured. Now to see it working, open any email client app or your Gmail account to compose a mail. Just type add@super.cc in sender email address, event title (say dinner with boss) in subject, and event timing along with date  (like tomorrow at 9pm or tomorrow at 8pm @venue name) in body part. Fill these details and send your email. Shortly, that event will be added to your Google Calendar automatically.

An email notification will also be sent to you from Super.cc to notify you that event has been added successfully. If you want to add some changes, you can also update those changes to events, or else leave it as it is.
