It can prove to be really helpful in situations when you are at some new place for vacations or any other purpose and you have forgotten your medical documents at home. In that case, you can use these apps to show your medical history to doctors and get the right medicine.

In the beginning, you have to create a profile. It is optional to create the profile but its advised to do so for future convenience. After building the profile, you can enter details regarding your health across different categories. The categories are: Ongoing Problems, Active Allergies, Medications, Labs, and Appointments.

The app lets you create albums for keeping images of your real medical documents, prescriptions, medicine bottles etc. There is one unique feature about the app which lets you set the timer (Between 5 minutes to 45 minutes) for auto-lock. If the app is left idle for the specified time interval, then app requires password from user to log-in. It eventually prevents any kind of unauthorized access to your medical record.
