By Lewis Ndegwa Kingori on May 29, 2012 | Sponsored Links

OneLoupe is a screen magnifier software you can use to magnify anything on your screen. The latest version, version 3.03 supports 5 languages including Polski and Swedish.

Features of screen magnifier software

OneLoupe’s main feature is of course the magnifying tool. The tool magnifies anything you focus your mouse on. The magnifier has a zoom function which you can adjust to view even bigger text. Zoom range and zoom factor can be adjusted to your liking. The zoom range and zoom factors are saved into the configuration saving you the trouble of reconfiguring them every time you use the application.

The real-time magnification feature allows you to view what you are doing at any particular time to be viewed under magnification. You can choose to start OneLoupe with Windows so you don’t have to run it every time you need to use it.

How to use it

The program is portable and requires no installation. OneLoupe is very easy to use and very user-friendly. On launching the application your mouse turns into a rectangular magnifier. The magnifier can be resized using the Up, Down, Left and Right keys. On launching the application, your mouse pointer immediately turns into a magnifier which you can resize as you wish. The magnifier can be closed using the escape key or by clicking either side of your mouse. The application minimizes to tray when not in use.

Opinion

The idea behind OneLoupe is very useful and particularly for people with impaired vision. It is very easy to use and can be used by any type of user.

Verdict

OneLoupe is a simple portable utility that does it job perfectly. The program comes in 32 and 64 bit versions.
