I agree that it seems superfluous to buy a remote support/access services when the same features are available for free. But when you’re looking for enterprise level web collaboration it’s best to go in for a remote access/support collaborations appliance. http://www.rhubcom.com claims that it’s able to get around the toughest firewalls, establish secured intranet or internet connections. So it’s worth your while to check out the paid remote access services as well.
