There is also an option to skip any question that you don’t know and want to continue to the next question. For that you can get to the bottom flyout of the app. To get the bottom flyout of the app, right click anywhere on the screen when you want to skip any of the question. From the options that are shown to you, choose the skip or next option. Your score won’t be affected, and the app will get you to the next question.
