If you have a JotForm account already, then you can start right away. Just sign into your account and go to the JotForm apps from here. The interface looks like as shown in the screenshot below.

Create your first app now. You can either start from the scratch or you can select a ready made template. For now it has around 200 most common type of templates as apps that you can use. Just select anyone and then it will take you to the builder.

Here you can make some edits in the template if you want to. All the blocks that you can edit or add are in the left sidebar. Expand them and you will find tools like document uploader, image uploader, widgets, data grid, and blocks.

Now click on the preview button to see how your app looks.

After everything is finished, you can publish your app. As soon as you publish your app it will create a new form in your account that will store the data app will collect. Also it will give you a unique URL to your app that you can share with anyone you want.

The app that you have just created using JotForm is mobile friendly and you can open it any browser on your Android and iOS phone. You can even make a shortcut to the app on your home page which will make it look like a native mobile app.
