HIITme Interval Training Timer is a free Android app especially for HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). You might know that HIIT is an intense workout or exercise with short intervals and recovery time. In addition to that, it can also be used for work or study as the maximum time that you can set for the timer is 60 minutes. For example, let say you’re going for an HIIT session, then you can set the session interval for 50 minutes and recovery (rest) interval for 10 minutes. HIITme will notify you after the timer is up or when the interval is completed. Similar to other timer apps such as Time Boss or Yoga Timer, “HIITme” is also very useful and effective.

You can also enter the number of rounds you’re going to do and cooldown time apart from rest time. The other important features include activity statistics, custom sounds, auto pause workouts when a call arrives, backgroun1 music, an1 respective profiles for workout types. But the best part of this app is that it is completely free and no in-app purchase is required.
