Reel is a free website to create presentation using images, PDF, and PPT files. While many other sites support only a single File Type (only images or only PDF), this website lets you use PPT, PDF, and image files to generate a presentation.
Multipage PDF files are split automatically and each individual page becomes a slide. Thus, the website shows all the uploaded images and PDFs as a single presentation file, which contains multiple slides.
You can also share your presentation with others and people can upvote and downvote any slide. You also get the poll results to check how many likes or dislikes are collected for each individual slide of your presentation. So, the website is good enough to create, share presentations, and get the response from others. However, do note that your presentations remain public only and there is no feature to create an account to store the presentations. You must copy and keep the URLs of your presentations to access them whenever needed.

Note: There is some issue in this website related to PPT files. It uploads PPT files successfully but it failed to include them in my presentation. I believe its just a temporary issue, and hopefully would be resolved soon.
How To Create Presentations Online Using PDF, PPT, and Images
Generating and sharing the presentions using this website is a simple task. Go to its homepage and you will see the option to upload images, PPT, or PDF files.
Once the files are uploaded, it will process them to generate the presentation. A unique link of your presentation is generated. You can give it to others. Before doing that, it would be good to add name and description for your presentation. Moreover, you can also add title and description for each individual slide.
You can also arrange slides and remove any slide from the list. So, you have the full control.
Once you have done all this, you can click on Save Preso button. This will save your presentation on servers. Once the presentation is saved, you won’t be able to edit it. So, save only when you have done everything.
Now, it’s the time to share your presentation. Anyone who has the URL of your presentation can open it and view the slides. He/she can also upvote or downvote any slide.
To view the poll results, open your presentation, and click on report page option. After this, you will be able to see how many upvotes or downvotes are available in each individual slide.
You can also sort slides by most votes, most upvotes, etc., to view the results.
Conclusion:
This option to create and share presentations is not new. However, the way it has been presented by this website is pretty good. Some features are missing, like add comments, get real-time notifications, make private presentations, etc. However, the website is surely good to create and share public presentations.
