You can create an event, then suggest multiple sub-events, and even different ideas about the event. Then all friends invited by you are allowed to vote for their preferred sub-events and ideas. Note: Your friends are needed to be a registered user of the website before they can cast their votes. If they aren’t then they can get one when visiting the website for the first time.
Using this Online Event Planner to Invite Friends, Plan Events:
When you have got an account with the website, you are ready to create the event and invite others. While creating the event, you will see two options: Plan and Run. The Plan option is for planning the event while the Run option is for those events which have been planned but you want to collect money from the visitors. You are required to provide your account details for using this feature.
Click on Plan option to create and plan the event. At top, you have to give a name to the event and add a description. After this, the next step is to add sub-events. You can add multiple sub-events by clicking on Add Date. It will open a calendar in the pop-up from which you can choose the date(s).
Similarly like adding dates for sub events, you can also suggest ideas about anything related to the event like the activities you want to do, food you want to have, etc.. To do this, you simply need to click on Add Idea option. It will give you the pop-up displayed in screenshot below.
You have to enter the name of the idea, a short description and the full description. You can also choose to add fixed dates and cost of money per visitor for any of your idea.
When you are ready with everything, simply click on the Launch option at top to launch the event along with specified date before which your friends and others can cast their votes.
Whenever any of your friend will vote, you will receive the notification and an email at your registered email. You can also check for the votes from the dashboard.
