You can go ahead and try Cobal on its main website here. It has a very simple interface where you will see only a box where you have to paste a link to a video on one of the supported websites. There are two modes to use it. The very first one is auto mode. In this mode, it will try to look videos on the link you have pasted.
If you just want to download the audio from the video then you can click on auto. It will change the download option to the audio. Now, it will first fetch the video, will convert it to M4A audio format, and will finally serve that to your side.
After selecting the mode, just press enter and it will save then audio or video file on your PC. This is as simple as that. Apart from the above-mentioned websites, it supports the following websites as well to download videos and audio.
