There is an in-app BMI calculator too which you can use to find whether you are under weight or over weight. The pro version offers other course paths which promise to reduce 30 KG in 50 days, 20 KG in 30 days, etc and you will also be given access to “BRAIN WAVES”. The app description states that these brain waves can boost the secretion of weight loss hormones in the body. I have no idea if that is actually the case.

Basically, in this app, you can log all day activities like food items eaten in breakfast, lunch, etc and other activities which burn calorie like playing outdoor games, jogging, etc. The app then does all the calculations based on your input body parameters like weight, height, etc and tells you how many calories you should consume in a day, as shown in the screenshot above. Another exciting feature of this app is that you can connect any of your fitness devices with it and keep your activities and exercises in sync. After installing this app, you will need to create a free account on it (remember to select the basic version during sign up). After that, the app prompts you to enter body parameters like age, sex, weight, height, etc and then you can enter the desired or goal weight. You can keep track of your added goal in the Goals section of the app. In order to log the eaten food and exercise, tap on the “+” button at the bottom-right part of its main screen. After you update an activity, all the calculations are automatically done and you can see how many calories you can intake for the rest of the day.

Just like some apps on my list, it also comes with in-app calculators to calculate BMI, calorie, body fat, and ideal weight. There are some Yoga lessons and exercises that you can learn from the app.
