Webtor.io is a free browser based torrent client you can use to download and play torrents directly. It takes a torrent file, magnet link or info hash to locate a torrent file and play it. You can stream videos on this and without any sign up or registration. It has a feature rich video player where you get a video seeker with options to turn on or off the subtitles.

Using Webtor is very simple. You just go to its homepage and you will have a similar UI as shown in the screenshot below. Also, you can install the Chrome extension of the same and access the site in a click. This is an open source project as well and if you are interested in its code base then you can see that on its GitHub page.
On the main UI, you just have to enter the magnet link or upload .torrent file. It will take a few seconds to load the video and then it will play it for you there. If the torrent contains SRT files then you can use them as subtitles. Also, there will be a download button you can use to get the video files on your PC.
