Here is how to use this backup software:
It is pretty simple to use. Add your email client and run your backup. It saves your backup in a .zip format.
ADDING YOUR EMAIL CLIENT:
You can see a taskbar at the top of the window. It contains several options including ‘Add’ option click it and a window should open which looks like below.
You can see the list of email clients in the above picture. So select your account and select which folders (of your email client) should be backed up. Then click add & close. That’s it your email client is added to KLS mail backup.
DOING BACKUP:
At the previously mentioned taskbar, there is an option ‘Run’. Select your email client and click the Run option. Then a window opens which asks you whether your backup should be full or incremental. You have a choice to select the type of backup.
RESTORING BACKUP:
At the same taskbar, mentioned above click ‘Restore’ option. A window opens up which looks like the below given screenshot.
You can restore all folders and files or selected folders and files. Its simple, select your option and that’s it, click restore.
