Jewel 3 is a Windows 10 match 3 puzzle game app where you have to match 3 or more same jewels to wipe them off the board. The game offers you two different playing modes and 28 achievements to be completed. Another one of the ever popular match 3 games, which we all love to play. Let’s try out this latest addition.
The Windows 10 match 3 puzzle game can be downloaded from the Windows 10 store or from the link given at the end of this article. When you start this app you will come across an interface as shown in the screenshot below.
Start new game will take you to the mode selection screen as shown in the screenshot below.
You can choose between normal and time challenge mode. Select a jewel set theme which can be light or dark. Also, you can change the background color of the app to the ones given. Let’s start with normal mode and level one can be seen in the screenshot below.
As soon as the game screen comes up, you can start matching the jewels. On level up there will be a message displayed on your screen and then you can continue playing on the same screen. Top right of the screen will display which level you are playing and top left will show how many reshuffles you have in case you have no moves left.
There is a hint button also which can be used when you can’t find any matches. The settings option pretty much has the same options like the mode selection screen and this can be seen in the screenshot below.
Apart from game theme and color, the settings option also allows you to turn the music and volume of the app up or down using the given slider.

Jewel 3 is a fun match 3 game app with lots of levels to play with achievements to complete. The match 3 games are always fun. Though I would have preferred more colorful background and special bonuses. Would also have loved a more prominent level up screen. Otherwise, the game is pretty fun to play.
