But the problem was that there was no official way to verify if you are actually shadow banned. But now the account status option in the account settings will do that job for you. You can find the new account status settings on your Instagram app. Just update it to the latest update and then open it. In the menu, go to Settings and there you will see an option called “Account”. It looks like as shown in the screenshot below.
