Like I said above, the routine consists of 12 exercises, which include: Side plank, Triceps dip on chair, Squat, Plank, Abdominal crunch, Lunge, Push-up, Push-up and rotation, Step-up onto chair, High knee running in place,Jumping Jacks, and Wall sit. You can see that there’s not even a single exercise that includes any equipment or weights. The only extra thing needed is a chair. The exercise routine that you’ll do is 7 minutes long, counting the break time as well.
The app is very simple and straight forward app. It directly takes you to doing the exercises. There’s nothing much in the screen, but just the 12 exercises, and a video of the routine. However, the app doesn’t teaches you every single “how to do” of the exercises. But that is not needed at all because, all the exercises are pretty basic and everyone must have seen and know them. Clicking on the Play button on the video doesn’t actually plays the tutorial. Rather, it plays the time frame for the exercises. That is, the video is more like your gym instructor telling you to do a particular exercise for certain time, then take a break of 10 seconds, and then change to next exercise and do it for certain time, and take 10 seconds break again. And that is it. With completion of every exercise, and break; there’s a whistle, notifying you of the end of current exercise and break. At the end, that is after 7 minutes, the routine ends, and asks you whether to restart the routine or end it.
The best results can be achieved by repeating the entire set 3 to 4 times, but you can end it, when the first routine ends. Good thing is the app works in snapped mode, so you can snap it, and play the routine (circuit).
