Currently, this app is only available for MAC and will be available for Windows in the coming days. You can download this mindfulness app from here and then install it. After that, install it and allow it through the Gatekeeper and then you can launch it from the application launcher of MAC. It’s Icon will appear in the menu bar so click on that icon to open its simple interface.
Specify the Prepare time, Meditation time, and Rest time. After that, select a sound from its interface and finally click on the “Start Session” button. It will start the mediation session and you can start some heavy breathing to relax your mind. Also, the sound you play in it will keep you distracted from other nearby sounds.
