Steps to Play Videos in the Background on Android:

Step 1: Install the MX Player app from Play Store if you don’t have it on your device and launch it.

Launch MX Player

Step 2: Tap on the 3-dot icon at the top right corner. Choose Settings option from the drop-down menu.

Choose Settings

Step 3: From Settings, tap on the Player option.

Choose Player

Step 4: In the Player menu, you will find a lot of settings which you can adjust. Scroll the options until you see the option Background Play. It will be unchecked by default, so to enable background playback, tap on the checkbox in front of it.
