Link Klipper is a free link extractor extension for Google Chrome. It lets you extract all links from a webpage or links from a selected area. That means, you can select a particular area on a webpage and links in that area will be extracted. So, you can control whether you have to fetch all links from a webpage or just some of the links.
Apart from extracting links from a webpage, it lets you save those links as a csv or text file. Just two-clicks are required and you can extract webpage links for later use.

How To Auto Extract all Links from a Webpage or Links from Selected Area using This Free Chrome Extension?
Go to the homepage of this Google Chrome extension. I have added the link for this at the end of this review. After installation, you will find its extension icon next to the Address bar of your Google Chrome browser.
Now open a webpage whose links you want to extract. When you have to extract all the links of that particular webpage, tap on its extension icon. Its pop up will open. In that pop up, click on Extract All Links button. It will immediately grab links from that webpage and download a csv file to default download location. You can open that file to see the extracted links.
When you need to extract links from a particular area, press and hold Ctrl key and use right mouse button to select the area. On the selected area, it will also show you number of links available in that particular area. After this, release Ctrl key and right mouse button. It will download all those links as csv file.
You can also customize settings of this extension to change the output file format from csv to plain text file. Use Options button available in pop up of this extension to change settings.
Link Klipper is indeed a good Chrome extension. Whenever you have to extract links from a specific area of a webpage, this extension can come really handy.
